Step 2

Print your invoice number and put it inside the package with your device. Ship it to the provided address. (Use bubble wrap to protect your device.)

Step 3

Once we receive your device and note its condition, we’ll email you a repair form with device details. Repairs will begin after you review, sign, and return the form via email.
